Inside this workshop we go back to simple AF foundations!! The real, no BS ones.
The foundations that ask you to slow down, get honest with yourself and finally untangle what’s been sitting in your mind for far too long!!
Through guided exercises and no BS steps, you’ll move from overwhelm to clear mindedness and then onto action. And all in a way that feels doable!
This workshop is NOT polished or perfect by any means. But, it offers the work that will make a big change in your life.
